WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver our beautiful fresh blooms every week Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

WHEN DO I NEED TO ORDER BY?

'Florists choice' daily deliveries, can be ordered up until 12 noon for same day delivery, or until sold out

Custom orders need to be placed by close of business (5pm) the day before your desired delivery date. This is because we wake up at the crack of dawn to choose your blooms fresh from the markets on the very morning of your requested delivery. We want to ensure we can get exactly what we need from the market to make your custom bunch absolutely perfect.

HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

To place a custom order pop on over to the 'products' section of our website, click on 'send a custom bunch' and then select from one of the size and style options you see listed

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver to most suburbs around the Gold Coast. Our flower prices include the delivery fee for any location within a 12 km radius of Paradise Point. Any location that does not fall within this radius will incur an additional fee. If you're unsure if we can deliver to your location just shoot us an email and we'll see what we can do. [email protected]

WHEN WILL MY DELIVERY BE SENT?

Your blooms are made fresh every morning and our amazing team of delivery drivers hit the road at around 12.30pm. You will receive your blooms between 12.30-5.30pm

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC TIME FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Sorry, we are unable to guarantee any specific time requests, however our drivers work really hard to get you your flowers in a super speedy (but safe) manner

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME?

If the recipient is not home, the flowers will be left in a safe place out of view of the road or any passers by, and out of direct exposure to the elements 

If the recipient is not home, and there is no safe place to leave the flowers, the flowers will be delivered back to our studio and the purchasing customer can arrange to pick up the delivery or pay additional fee for re-delivery the following business day 

Unfortunately we cannot attend multiple addresses in 1 day if the recipient is not at the given address, our drivers are very busy and work according to a pre-planned route

Failed deliveries cannot be substituted for cash money/refunds of any type
